Collet Rawhypnols from Sweden are back with a vengeance with their second full-length album Thank God We’re Not Religious. The revelation over the lack of religious beliefs has made them even happier, meaner and more convinced to show the world how fun it is to be a lost soul. Stefan Brändström (Henry Fiats Open Sore) at the Dustward in Stockholm, Sweden has produced the album. The Italian label Nicotine Records, the same label that gave you the Rawhypnols snotty and critically acclaimed debut CD Molotov Cocktail, releases the record. Among Rawhypnols musical influences you will find everything between Hank Williams to Slayer. The lyrics will again tell nail-biting stories about the promiscuous life at the dark side of the spoon. The brand new album is released the 4th of May 2007 and contains 13 tracks of blasphemy, weirdness and a huge portion of irony. |
