The Gonedaddys were walking down a dirty NYC street when they noticed an old punk in the gutter who had been mugged. It was old Skinny Bones, a veteran of the NY punk scene. All of his cool punk clothes were stolen, and they even got his tatoos. They asked him to explain who he was, because they were looking for a singer. They introduced themselves as; Doug Wapner-Guitar, Dave Gill–Bass, and Johnny Watson–Drums. After a cigarette Skinny explained to the boys, that he had been playing in punk bands since 1978. His first recording pressed on vinyl appeared in 1982. Best known for co-writing "The Job that Ate my Brain", "Anxiety"and "Have a Nice Day" with Marky Ramone for the RAMONES albums "Mondo Bizzaro" and "Adios Amigos". Skinny also played in Joey Ramones' "Resistance" side project and wrote songs with Dee Dee. After the Ramones breakup Marky and Skinny formed the Intruders, recorded a debut album and toured the world. At their peak Marky and Skinny opened for the Sex Pistols in Brazil. Skinny has joined up with the Gonedaddys, and they recorded a new album "SHOT MY TV" for the Italian Label NICOTINE. The album is slated to be released on Vinyl and CD in the fall of 2009.
