KEITH STRENG (Fleshtones), ANDY SHERNOFF (Dictators), BILL MILHIZER (Fleshtones), and PAUL JOHNSON (Waxing Poetics) have come together again, raised a beer and fired up the bbq, and provided us all with a sonic reminder of what’s good and fun about R&R.

Here’s the latest, circa 2008: Shernoff took some time off from being Manhattan’s wine guru, Streng caught a breather between Fleshtones albums and tours, and Johnson trucked it up from Virginia to come together and write more songs about having FUN on the rooftop fun and asking WTF? the next morning. These are old-time pros at work: a collective half-century of muscled, sarcastic, amped-up responses to an increasingly stupid world. The Master Plan throw a party and we’re all invited. One requirement first: get over yourself.
